Items purchased from Vendetta are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you receive an item that is defective, we will refund or offer an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order if the item unworn and returned in the condition received.

Each item has its own processing time noted on the listing. It varies from 1-3,3-5 and 5-7 business days.

We do accommodate deadlines, if you have already ordered please let us know your order number and the date you need it by. If not please let us know the style, color, size you wish to purchase and date you need it by.

We don't accept order cancellations, however please let us know if there is a problem with your order.

We use USPS and ship worldwide from New York

We are based in New York City, USA.

We are not responsible for any charges that may be subject to a charge when an order is shipped internationally, customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. If the item/s are not be collected or the duties and taxes are not paid for a certain period of time, the item/s will be sent back to the original shipping address. If that is the case, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

We do offer customization for our dresses. We can make dresses with measurements and customize its length. Please fill out this form if interested

All cut and sew garments are handmade and sewn in house. Other accessories may be sourced from small businesses.

All fabrics and notions are sourced from New York’s Garment District. Accessories may be sourced in other areas, like artisanal pieces from the Dominican Republic.
